Refund policy

Each work is produced to order and individually reviewed prior to shipment.

Due to the made-to-order and limited edition nature of our prints, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a verified production defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the packaging

• Clear photographs of the issue

Upon confirmation, we will arrange a replacement of the same edition and size.

Minor variations in tone, surface reflectivity, or finish are inherent to the printing and acrylic mounting process and are not considered defects.

Returns based on preference, scale selection, or installation conditions cannot be accepted.
