Shipping Policy

All works are produced to order and shipped directly from our production partners or studio.

Orders are typically processed within 3–8 business days of purchase. Once shipped, delivery generally takes an additional 3–8 business days depending on destination and time of year. Tracking information will be provided when available.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Each piece is carefully packaged using protective, gallery-grade materials to support safe transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at admin@macbeach.in and include your order number along with clear photographs of both the packaging and the artwork so the issue can be properly reviewed and resolved.

Shipping is included in the listed purchase price.

Large Format Shipping. 40 × 60 in (101.6 × 152.4 cm) works ship in a wooden crate for added protection and require signature confirmation upon delivery. Orders of this size may ship separately.
